Our Founding Partners

Antonia McMahon and Guibert Tchinde bring a wealth of experience and a shared vision for revolutionizing business strategy through innovative AI-driven solutions.

Antonia, recognized for her transformative leadership in digital strategy at global brands such as Puig, Danone, and Lego, and as the former Chief Digital Officer at Pernod Ricard, is committed to developing new thinking frameworks that support sustainable and inclusive growth.

Guibert, with a diverse background that spans investment banking and private equity at Macquarie, consulting at Ink-Global and Yellow Pages, as well as roles in insurance and fintech at AXA, and consumer goods at L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard, complements this vision.

Together, they focus on harnessing data and AI to drive large-scale, agile transformations at Pivot&Co.

We have purposely set out to build a diverse team, believing that bringing people with different backgrounds together is the key to success.

Matt has had a varied career from night club promoter to Meta via 8 years at Heineken. He has over a decade of experience in retail, data, digital marketing and media. Passionate about Guinness, Leeds United and the music of The Smiths.
Claudia Schulz

CONSULTING DIRECTOR - IMPACT
Meet Claudia, a seasoned Consulting Director with over a decade of experience guiding industry clients. She's passionate about fairness in AI governance, stemming from her background in Social Impact Measurement and corporate finance. Fluent in English, French, and German, Claudia, originally from Australia, now calls Paris home, where she navigates life with her spirited Tasmanian dog.
Meghna Malik

SENIOR STRATEGY MANAGER
Meghna crafts game-changing strategies using data. Her engineering, journalism, and marketing background means no challenge has proven too great for her. Fluent in English, Hindi, and a wee bit of French, she is a fountain of knowlege in all things data, dance, and running.

With over a decade in data science, Sean expertly guides clients through multi-market growth challenges. Fluent in English, Irish, French, he’s passionate about data, coding, and sports.

Kelsey brings financial expertise from New York and an MBA from Paris to Pivot&Co. With experience from Fortune 500s to startups, she thrives on challenges. Currently learning tennis, she's bound to approach the sport with the same zeal and precision she applies to her work.
Anne Rouhban

Anne has 10 years’ experience as consultant and marketeer, notably leading global innovation, operational and marketing strategy projects at L’Oréal. Driven and entrepreneurial, she's also founded and sold a circular economy company and volunteers with the Red Cross.
Jordan Loic Moyo

Jordan is a ninja in solving real-world and business challenges using data and science. He champions teamwork and positivity at work, believing smiles are the greatest measure of success. Chat to him in English or French about rap and pop music.

CONSULTANT
Ed brings to Pivot&Co a wealth of media and martech expertise, having worked both client and platform side at Meta and Renault. He thriies at riving results for clients with impactful strategies. A music enthusiast, Ed loves playing, listening, and attending concerts.
